GOOD MORNING ATHENS, GREECE

Hello Europe! Hello Greece!

Good morning from Athens, Greece.  After 14 hours of flying we made it to our dream destination! Although adjusting to the time differences from Australia to Asia and Asia to Europe have been quite tough, we were up and ready at the crack of dawn (we even watched the sunrise)! We hit the streets and were off to explore Athens, but first we had to stop for a traditional and delicious Greek breakfast.

Oh, were we in for a treat.  We had coffee (a cappuccino and an espresso)& enjoyed delicious scrambled eggs cooked with traditional Greek herbs/spices and feta cheese! YUM, our first taste of Greece's famous feta cheese!  

We were now ready to explore Athens, let the adventures begin!
