THE SEA CAVES: ANTIPAROS, GREECE

Exploring The Sea Caves Of Antiparos:

The Sea Caves
Antiparos, Greece

Antiparos (ancient name: Oliaros) is a small inhabited island in the Southern Aegean, at the heart of the Cyclades, which is less than 1.9km from Paros(separated by the Straight of Antiparos). Antiparos is a volcanic rock and dry climate with high moisture, and is known for its beautiful sea caves.

As were cruised around the island by boat, we stopped at the beautiful sea caves of Antiparos. These caves were absolutely breath-taking. The coloration of the white rocks and turquoise blue waters were quite a magnificent site. We have never seen water so turquoise before!!! We had a blast jumping off into the water from the boat & swimming through the sea caves to explore.

  1. The Sea Caves of Antiparos seem majestic and enchanting. The color of the water from emerald to bright turquoise, from dark powder blue to a light baby blue adds to the natural beauty of the caves--Very well captured in your photographs!

    Much love,
