One Of The Top Sunset Spots Around The World
Oia Town, Santorini
The village of Oia, situated at the northern tip of the island of Santorini is world renowned, not only for its characteristic, amphitheatric architecture and its breathtaking view of the volcano, but also for its unique "atmosphere" which unites the beauty of the Aegean archipelago, the joy of life in every step, the sun that falls on the steep, imposing rocks, the serene moments at the terraces of the houses.
After walking around the town (pictures posted on the previous blog), we decided to make our way to the perfect spot to watch the sunset. Oia town has been rated one of the world's best sunset spots. We relaxed and chatted, while enjoying the beautiful color changes of the Aegean sky. This sunset was the most incredible sunset we have ever seen - one we will remember forever.
