Now this is pure relaxation, our favorite part about the room is the patio!

Welcome To Asia
After a full 24 hours of travel, we finally arrived in INDONESIA!
We arrived in Denpasar, as Bali is our first destination in Asia. What a long day today was, filled with a mix of excitement and exhaustion. Wake up call was at 5am (Aussie time) and we arrived in Bali at 5am (Aussie time). We kept our eyelids open for a total of TWENTY-FOUR hours, this was definitely not an easy task to accomplish!
We officially moved out of Australia, and made our way to the airport. Once at the airport we first flew to Perth, Australia for a long lay over & then boarded the next plane to Bali.
Although today was a long travel day, we were treated like royalty on our flight with Virgin Australia. We were welcomed with unlimited drinks, food and movies. Nothing beats a flight with unlimited wine and beer to accompany an addicting book or movie, right?
That being said, after our twenty-four hour journey to Bali, we made it! Arriving in the Denpasar airport was a little overwhelming, as we were stepping onto soil of a completely foreign continent! The language we once were accustomed speaking, despite the Aussie accent, was now gone. So we made our way through customs and out through the doors of the airport, only to find that we were about to be greeted by 400 Balian drivers with signs of their customers names. After a shocking and overwhelming two minutes, we spotted our names in the crowd. Our driver was waiting for us, and we officially began our 2 hour car ride to Ubud at 12:30am (Bali time or 3:30am Australia time). Our driver was absolutely amazing and despite my closing eyelids, I managed to stay up for some of the car ride (trying to take in every glimpse of Bali my eyes would allow).
We are staying in paradise, that is for sure! The world relaxation is spelled all over our villa, from the entrance to the patio, from the curtains to the outdoor shower, from the yoga platform to the pond ... our room is heavenly! So is this what heaven looks like?
We woke up to be greeted with a delicious breakfast waiting for us on our patio floor table!
