How Did It Get So Late So Soon?

Although the midnight lights of Melbourne's magical city were shinning beautifully and brightly, it suddenly hit us that we are now on our fifth month living in Australia.  So we asked ourselves, "how did it get so late so soon?"

Without hesitation we both knew the answer: we have been having the time of our lives. The term 'time' is such an incredible word, used to describe a very instance lasting from seconds to months to years.  

So 'our' time, as we call it, has been a journey we will cherish five, ten, fifteen and even fifty  years and gray haired from now. We can promise you the adventures and lessons we have experienced, during this time of our lives, will be told until our last breaths.  

This time has given us the opportunity to emerge ourselves in diversity: to taste new foods, see wonders of the world and experience new cultures.  This time has given us the opportunity to be free, get over our fears, laugh until tears were spotted falling down our cheeks, eat until our stomachs hurt and most importantly love like it was our last day on earth.  This time has given us the opportunity to cross off a ridiculous amount of items from our bucket list, for that we are grateful.  We are among the blessed and lucky who have had the opportunity to pack a suitcase, get on a plane, travel the world and get wonderfully lost.

THIS IS OUR TIME.

The pictures we took are a way of feeling, of touching of loving.  What we have caught on film has been captured forever. It remembers the little things long after, we will always have these memories.

Although our new home, Australia, will soon be coming to an end (for now at least) we are eager to see what the rest of the world has in store for us: from meditating and finding Nirvana in Asia, to riding camels through the deserts of Africa, to falling more in love in the cities of love in Europe.  We are ready to see you world, one continent down and three more to go on our journey back to The States.
