LETTING OUR SKY LANTERNS UP INTO THE THAILAND SKY

The sun has set, the sky is dark and you can hear the ocean waves while walking on the beach.

After the sun had set and we had finished our dinner we headed to the beach to do our nightly walk on the beach. Tonight, was going to be no ordinary night. Tonight is when we were going to let up our Sky Lanterns on the beach into the Thailand sky.

This was another check off our bucket list.

The night was beautiful and we were loving every minute of it, actually loving every minute of our life. This is one more reminder to never stop living life and to never stop living out your dreams.

The Sky Lanterns, also known as Thai Wishing Lanterns, continue to thrive in Thailand.  Loved ones gather (often at festivals) to release their lanterns into the sky with hopes that any misfortune or bad luck will soon fly away right along with them.  The lanterns themselves are said to symbolize knowledge and love, a light guiding those on the right path to follow in life. We let up our lanterns to wash away bad luck, follow the right path in life and to symbolize our love!

So, for all of you reading our blog … live out your dreams and live your life! Trust us, it is the biggest reward life has to offer.
